Diffuser downtubes are designed to create lots of small bubbles to better filter and cool the smoke. Available in various lengths.
They work by exposing a larger overall surface area of the smoke to the water which helps to remove more tar and other unwanted chemicals.
The 'Glass Diffuser Downtube 18.8mm (Stem Only)' is designed for use with bongs that have an 18.8mm joint size and the length of the down tube is measured from the bottom of the joint to the bottom of the stem.
Depending on the bowl that you would like to use, you will need to select either a 14.5mm or 18.8mm version of the stem. (If in doubt refer to the pictures)
